Pricing Policy
We ONLY accept payments through the Payment methods shown at the checkout stage of the website.
We try to ensure that our prices are always up to date but occasionally there may arise a situation beyond our control where the prices are subject to change.
Placing Your Order
Once you have chosen your goods, you can proceed to checkout. You can pay for your order by credit or debit card. As we process and ship your order you will receive further e-mails explaining your order status.
Should your order contain products that are out of stock, we will notify you of this with an approximate waiting time. At all times until despatch, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order. If you cancel only part of your order, please note that this may result in a change in shipping fees in correspondence with our shipping fees and policy at that time. (Protein Mafia reserve the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery).
Your goods will be despatched in good time so long as the items are in stock and depending upon shipping service used, your order should be with you 1-3 working days from despatch (usually next day delivery). However, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery and please note that estimated shipping times are from date of despatch not from the placement of the order. We require notification of any missing/damaged parcels within 24 hours of dispatch, to enable Protein Mafia to make a claim form third party couriers. Also when the delivery arrives to you from the couriers, if there are any missing parcels or damage you must bring it to the couriers attention and mark/state damaged or missing parcels, failure to do so could prevent a refund/replacement being issued to you as Protein Mafia will have to make a third party claim to the couriers.
