High-Protein Cake That Fits Your Diet (Yes, Really!)

Cake? On a Diet?
Yes, You Can Have Your Cake and Eat It Too.

Let’s be honest—sticking to a diet isn’t easy. If you’ve ever found yourself craving something sweet while trying to hit your macros, this high-protein cake recipe is about to become your new best friend. It’s simple to prep, packed with protein, and totally adaptable for cutting or bulking phases. Oh, and did we mention it actually tastes good?

Whether you’re smashing the gym daily or just trying to eat cleaner, protein intake is essential for muscle recovery and growth. But hitting your daily protein goal can feel like a chore. A good rule of thumb? Aim for 10 grams of protein for every 100 calories. So if you’re on a 2,000-calorie plan, try to hit around 200g of protein per day. This cake makes it easier—and tastier.

Why This Protein Cake Works for Your Goals

Unlike most supermarket protein bars that are full of sugar alcohols, preservatives, and mystery ingredients, this cake is:

  • Whole-food based

  • Customisable for flavour and macros

  • Budget-friendly

  • Quick and easy to prep

  • Perfect as breakfast, a snack, or dessert

Pair it with a dollop of Greek yogurt in the morning or snack on it post-workout—either way, your tastebuds and muscles will thank you.
