Scitec Fitness Support Belt is ideal to provide support whilst exercising. Mostly commonly worn to support the lower back when weight training/weight lifting, they comfortable and contoured to fit, with an easy velcro fastener.
Secure the belt around the waist where it feels comfortable, and ensure it is tight and the velcrow fastened securely.
