This Shaker is a great convenient way to mix and store your favourite Protein or BCAA’s, with no need for a blender. This shaker has 2 compartments underneath it which screw off, so you can store servings of protein/BCAA’s/pills etc.
Fill the shaker with water, BCAA’s, protein or your favourite cold beverage. Always ensure the lid is screwed tightly and the cap is securely closed to avoid leaking.
