Reflex BCAA Intra Fusion® has a 2:1:1 ratio of BCAA’s (branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine), and is perfect for use whilst training.
Mix a 20 g (approximately one heaped 25 ml scoop) with 400 ml of water until powder has fully dissolved (mixing in a shaker is ideal). You may wish to add more water to make the flavour weaker. Consume during your workout within 1 hour of mixing. Guidance notice: This product is to be used as a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as a part of a healthy and varied diet, not as a substitute for such.
