These are something that cannot be produced by the body, therefore have to be consumed by food such as meat or by direct supplementation. BCAA Express is in powder form so it can be absorbed by the body quicker than if you took a tablet. This can be taken before, during and after a workout or strenuous activity to help with recovery.
