Gold Standard Whey

Gold Standard 100% Whey contains premium Whey Protein Isolates, or WPI. Rated 90 % pure protein, WPI is classed as the highest quality whey ingredient. Every serving of Gold Standard 100% Whey contains 24g of premium whey protein and 5.5g branched chain amino acids, but just 1g of fat, 1g of sugar and very low 3g of carbs. Meaning it is great to be taken throughout the day when you need extra protein as well as first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, during and after training.

Simply mix one rounded scoop with 6-8 oz (180-240ml) of water or milk. It can be taken to increase your protein intake at any time of the day, ideal at breakfast, before or after your workout, or as a high protein snack. Use as part of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Shaker: Just pour in 180-240ml (6-8oz) of water or your favourite beverage into a protein shaker, then add 1 rounded scoop. Cover tightly with lid, and shake for 25-30 seconds.

Spoon Stirred: Just add 1 rounded scoop to a glass filled with 180-240ml (6-8oz) of water or your favourite beverage, then mix up with a spoon, fork or mini whisk. Stir for about 30 seconds, or until powder is completely dissolved.

Blender: Add 1 rounded scoop to you blender cup filled with 180-240ml (6-8oz) of water or your favourite beverage. Blend for 20-30 seconds. For a more refreshing beverage just add 1 or 2 ice cubes and blend for an additional 30 seconds

Tip: Adjust the taste/texture you can vary the amount of liquid that you use when mixing. For a bolder flavour with slightly more body and sweetness, mix each scoop with 120-180ml (4-6oz) of water, milk, or your favourite beverage. For a milder tasting, less sweet shake, use 240-300ml (8-10oz) of liquid per scoop.
