SUGGESTED USE: We advise that you mix 1-2 scoops with 300ml of cold water or beverage of your choice. A full serving is 2 scoops (15g). For optimum performance and desired effects take this product daily, pre workout. To maximise effects of this product please drink at least 3 litre of water a day and an additional 400-500ml after consuming the product.
