Directions of use: Fill a bottle with 200ml of water, then add 2 and a half scoops of vitargo powder, shake rigorously for 30 seconds. Then add a further 300–400ml of water and re–shake rigorously. You can add more less water to taste. Vitargo Pure Unflavoured: Is perfect to use as carb source together with your own protein shake or why not as carb source to make your sports drink higher in carb concentration with out getting a stronger flavour, zero sugars, zero fat and zero protein.
