The SUPER 4™ blend is designed with both fast and slow acting proteins. Research has shown that whey protein will help boost muscle protein synthesis but due to its rapid absorption it does this for only a short amount of time, but when mixed with slow releasing proteins research suggests that muscle protein synthesis remains elevated for a longer, which may have a significant impact on overall gains.
