Use as a dietary supplement to increase endurance on training days.
Begin by taking one serving (1 scoop 16 g) mixed with 8 oz. of water 20 – 30 minutes before training.
Once you have assessed your tolerance, take one to two servings (1 – 2 scoops) 20 – 30 minutes before training begins. Add 8 oz. of water for each serving.
