USN Tornado Shaker, so convenient, when you are ready to mix your shake, just add water to the shaker unscrew the bottom compartment, empty the contens into you shaker, screw the lid tight and shake!
Fill the shaker with water, BCAA’s, protein or your favourite cold beverage. Ensure lid is screwed tight and cap is securely closed to avoid leaking. Wash thoroughly after use. WARNING: Do not clean with boiling water, or put in the dishwash or microwave
