NaughtyBoy® Whey is instantized for easy mixing. Simply add 1 rounded scoop (33.3g) to 200-250ml of cold water and shake or blend until powder is completely dissolved. Maximise your recovery by stacking NaughtyBoy® Whey with your NaughtyBoy® Creatine, Amino Acids and Carbohydrate powders.
