There was a time when my life felt like an endless cycle of bad habits. Most weekends were spent partying, drinking alcohol, and avoiding my problems. During COVID, I started going for runs and ended up losing around seven stone. As gyms reopened, I transitioned into a PPL (Push, Pull, Legs) gym split. Now, I do Tough Mudder every year and am currently training for my second strongman competition. I push my limits, set bigger goals, and have the mental resilience to follow through.
